Our wire ropes (1×19, 7×7), end fittings, and other materials help construct and complete your desired architectural cable projects. Our cable can be installed in various interior and exterior design applications, from commercial building railings to backyard deck railings.
Sanlo’s hardware products can be used as beads rings or clamp rings for air suspension. Bead rings are used on bellow-style air springs for axle support, and clamp rings are used on sleeve-style air springs in seat and cab suspension systems.
Electrical
Sanlo manufactures a full line of nonconductive fish tapes. Our durable nylon jacket protects the core and increases lubricity to push our tapes farther. All of our tapes are proudly American made and our quality is second to none.
We offer a range of products for the harsh conditions of Marine applications. Marine Rigging Wire Ropes are more commonly used in ship mooring, or towing and anchoring applications, either securing ships to docks and vessels or to other ships to be towed.
We manufacture multiple Rail specific cable products, including air-hose support cables, bottom rod support cables, autorack car safety & door cable and center-beam tie down cable, to help promote safety and efficiency in this industry.
Our premium products can be used in recreational hunting and fishing applications. Our products are found in hunting stands and as hunting bow press cable to promote convenience in the industry, and as trolling line or rigging line to support the fishing industry.
Sanlo manufactures two products for safe use of dangerous equipment. Our emergency shutoff cable provides a shutdown of equipment in emergency situations. Our lock out / tag out safety cable prevents employee injury by disconnecting machinery and equipment from their energy source before maintenance.
Our security cable products include retractable lanyards for retail security devices, bike lock cable, computer security lock cable, and cable assemblies for spring box manufacturers, to provide security at point of purchase displays.
Cable, Rope and Strand
Sanlo stocks a variety of aircraft type cable, wire rope, and strand to fulfill your immediate needs. Our most common products are made from galvanized or stainless steel, and are offered in 7×19, 7×7, 1×19, and 1×7 constructions. Diameters typically range from 0.018” up to 3/8”. We carry some stock in 6×19 and 6×37 wire rope constructions.
We have several pricing levels to offer from cable stranded in the USA or purchased directly from our trusted overseas mills. Products are sold in full reel quantities or custom lengths on smaller reels.
Coated Cable
Sanlo produces custom jacketed aircraft type cable and wire rope in nylon and vinyl thermoplastic jackets. Jacketing can be provided over galvanized or stainless steel in any of our various cable diameters and constructions.
Our custom jacketing process is completed at our Michigan City, Indiana facility. Buying domestically jacketed cable ensures a reliable product from our craftsmen and directly supports the American manufacturing sector and workforce.
Our coating capabilities range from 0.018” up to 3/4” outer diameter. Among our various standard colors, we can also provide custom color matching at our American facility. We can provide jacketing for 1×7, 1×19, 7×7 and 7×19 constructions in both Stainless and Galvanized materials.
Fittings and Tools
Sanlo offers several cable end fittings and tools to terminate your custom cable assembly. Our standard line of fittings is comparable to most offerings on the market. Our sleeves, terminals, stops, ball ends, thimbles, studs and rope clips are manufactured with high quality to ensure reliable performance.
