Characteristics and Applications: Our domestically manufactured Galvanized Wire Rope provides corrosion resistance when compared to bright carbon steel options. The individual wires of galvanized wire rope are coated with zinc to reduce the steel wire’s exposure to potentially corrosive environments. Multiple constructions and IWRC and Fiber Core options provide a range of flexibility and strength. Galvanized Wire Ropes are primarily used in logging, rigging, hoisting, and general industrial applications.
